Made from PE and PLA materials, perfect for rolled paper cup production with FSC certification.

Process Characteristics

PE stands for polyethylene, one of the most common and widely used plastics
PE resin particles are added into the extruder and melted at high temperature (200-300°C+)
The molten PE flows out in the form of a thin film through a flat T-shaped die
In a very short period, this molten film is pressed onto the surface of high-speed paper under pressure
Then immediately enters the cooling roller for cooling and solidification, firmly bonding with the paper

Performance Advantages

Excellent leak resistance: completely blocking liquids, preventing paper cups from leaking or becoming soft
Good heat sealing performance: excellent bonding during cup making process for seams and bottom sealing
Heat resistance: able to withstand temperatures of hot drinks (usually below 90°C)
Low cost: inexpensive raw materials and mature process result in overall low cost
